St. Luke's Southwest:
A New Adventure in Faith

St. Luke’s Southwest exists as a local congregation to witness to the community and to the world  the love of God as revealed in His Son Jesus Christ, our crucified and risen Lord and Savior. We live to serve our community with His love and power, fully knowing He is "the same yesterday, today and forever" (Heb. 13:8).

As a part of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, located in the heart of Lubbock and established 50 years ago, St. Luke’s Southwest is a new adventure in faith for this thriving congregation.  We are truly one church on two campuses.

We are a family of ministry dedicated to people of all ages and varying backgrounds.  Our ministry not only takes place on Sunday morning with our worship team, children’s ministry, nursery and adults, but throughout the week in the homes of our congregation, which meet in “small groups” to share their lives together.  St. Luke’s Southwest is about living life together in the faith of Jesus Christ.
